IT ALL STARTED WHEN…
The Gregorys met working in the restaurant industry in New York City. A conversation that started on a subway ride from Queens turned into something more than they could have ever imagined.
Native New Yorker, Chef, and Owner John Gregory has worked as an Executive Chef and professionally in the restaurant world for over 20 years. At age 15 John took his first job at a local deli. After what seemed like the longest day of his life, on his walk home John decided that was what he wanted do with his life. For Owner Anna Carroll, who has a background in hospitality, it has been special to open up shop in her hometown of Thomasville, GA.
